Affiliate Compensation Plan
Overview: Our company markets AI-powered automated trading software for the Gold, Silver, US Stock Indices, Cryptocurrencies, and Forex markets. To reward our partners, we have established a multi-level compensation plan that allows affiliates to earn commissions from both their direct referrals and the growth of their referral network. Maximum referral depth is limited to three (3) levels.
Definitions
- Active Trader: An affiliate who maintains a live trading account and actively uses our trading software.
- VPS Care-Taking Fee: The fee charged for monitoring and maintaining a client's VPS that hosts trading accounts running our trading software (see VPS Care-Taking Fees below).
- Qualified Revenue: Refers to the net revenue generated by a referred customer that is eligible for commission distribution under the compensation plan. Qualified revenue consists of: (a) license subscription fees; and (b) VPS care-taking fees.
Eligibility to Participate
To participate in the compensation plan and earn commissions, an affiliate must meet both of the following requirements:
- Have personally referred at least two (2) Active Traders; and
- Be paying VPS care-taking fees.
VPS Care-Taking Fees
- The VPS must be purchased from an authorized vendor.
- Free period: The VPS care-taking fee is waived for the first month or until the profit target is reached for the first time, whichever is earlier.
- Thereafter: The VPS care-taking fee is 5% of the profit earned in one of the trading accounts hosted on the VPS, charged each time the profit target set in the bot is reached.

Referral Levels Explained
- Level 1: You personally introduce a customer who becomes a paying client (Example: You → Customer A). You receive the applicable Level 1 commission on Customer A's qualified revenue.
- Level 2: You introduce another affiliate, and that affiliate introduces a customer (Example: You → affiliate B → Customer A). You receive the applicable Level 2 commission on Customer A's qualified revenue.
- Level 3: You introduce an affiliate who introduces another affiliate, who then introduces a customer (Example: You → affiliate B → affiliate C → Customer A). You receive the applicable Level 3 commission on Customer A's qualified revenue.

Additional Notes
- Maximum compensation depth is three levels.
- Commission rates may be adjusted by the company with prior notice.
- Commissions are calculated only on qualified revenue generated by referred customers.
- Any fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or abuse of the compensation system may result in commission forfeiture and termination of affiliate status.
- The company reserves the right to review and approve all commission payments.
