Affiliate Compensation Plan
Overview: Our company markets AI-powered automated trading software for the Gold, Silver, US Stock Indices, Cryptocurrencies, and Forex markets. To reward our partners, we have established a multi-level compensation plan that allows affiliates to earn commissions from both their direct referrals and the growth of their referral network. Maximum referral depth is limited to three (3) levels.
Definitions
- Active Trader: An affiliate who maintains a live trading account and actively uses our trading software.
- Non-Trader: An affiliate who refers clients but does not currently maintain a live trading account using our trading software.
- Qualified Revenue: Refers to the net revenue generated by a referred customer that is eligible for commission distribution under the compensation plan.

Referral Levels Explained
- Level 1: You personally introduce a customer who becomes a paying client (Example: You → Customer A). You receive the applicable Level 1 commission on Customer A's qualified revenue.
- Level 2: You introduce another affiliate, and that affiliate introduces a customer (Example: You → affiliate B → Customer A). You receive the applicable Level 2 commission on Customer A's qualified revenue.
- Level 3: You introduce an affiliate who introduces another affiliate, who then introduces a customer (Example: You → affiliate B → affiliate C → Customer A). You receive the applicable Level 3 commission on Customer A's qualified revenue.

Benefits of Becoming an Active Trader
Active Traders receive significantly higher commissions than Non-Traders. By actively using the software yourself, you can earn higher commissions while gaining firsthand experience with the product you recommend.
Additional Notes
- Maximum compensation depth is three levels.
- Commission rates may be adjusted by the company with prior notice.
- Commissions are calculated only on qualified revenue generated by referred customers.
- Any fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or abuse of the compensation system may result in commission forfeiture and termination of affiliate status.
- The company reserves the right to review and approve all commission payments.
